Mark Breithaupt
Inspired by the beauty and
tranquility of the Sonoran desert
and surrounding mountains near his
Phoenix home, Mark began creating
unique rock sculptures, fountains,
and water features combining the
natural splendor of the native rocks
with an artistic flair. He first
worked in schist, then discovered
the versatility of Arizona Surface
Granite, and, later, moved on to
Arizona Grand Canyon Onyx, a
stunning stone comprised of rich
earth tones and deep reds, as well
as Yule Marble and other materials.
His current sculptures are
contemporary and abstract,
emphasizing smooth, flowing lines
and unique organic forms. |
